About the Job

As a Student Counsellor at AmbiMaax Education, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with prospective students and guiding them through our diverse range of online and distance learning programs. Your primary responsibilities will involve outbound and inbound calls to provide detailed counselling, help students select suitable programs, and drive successful enrolments to meet monthly targets. You will also manage and nurture leads effectively through our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records. Collaborating closely with the sales and counselling team, you will contribute to the overall business objectives of the organization while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students through outbound and inbound calls to provide detailed counselling on online and distance learning programs.
• Guide students in selecting suitable programs and drive successful enrolments in line with monthly targets.
• Manage and nurture leads effectively through the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with the sales and counselling team to achieve overall business objectives.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism while representing the organisation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport easily.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Prior experience in inside sales, counselling, or education sales will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications.
