Business Development Manager

About the Job

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our client dealing in marble & granites on a Full-time basis with an OnSite work arrangement. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and strengthening our market presence. You’ll partner closely with sales and marketing stakeholders to create targeted outreach strategies, qualify leads, and convert prospects into long-term customers. This position is ideal for someone who combines a consultative sales approach with strong relationship management and a results-oriented mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end business development activities, from prospecting and lead generation to closing and account expansion.
• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies, aligning pipeline creation with revenue targets and business priorities.
• Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a strong understanding of their needs and objectives.
• Create compelling proposals, presentations, and value-driven messaging in collaboration with relevant internal teams.
• Identify market trends, track competitor activity, and use insights to refine go-to-market approaches.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and reporting to ensure pipeline visibility and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams to support campaigns, nurture leads, and maximize conversion rates.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, negotiations, and industry touchpoints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development with a strong track record in B2B-led revenue growth.
• Strong B2B Sales fundamentals, including discovery, qualification, proposal development, and closing.
• Demonstrated experience in Lead Generation through outbound prospecting, networking, and campaign follow-up.
• Solid understanding of Sales & Marketing alignment, including pipeline building and brand-to-demand translation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality execution.
• Comfort working OnSite and engaging consistently with clients and internal teams.
