Sales Executive

Overview

Sales Executive role in India with a fully remote workplace. Owns the full B2B sales cycle from self-sourced prospecting through negotiation and close for a defined territory or vertical.

What you'll do

• Independently source, build, and maintain a qualified pipeline using outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and research.
• Run outreach strategy for the territory without a fixed script.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Design and present tailored advertising solutions based on client goals, budget, and competitive landscape.
• Lead deal negotiation and close new business through signed agreements.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to identify high-potential accounts and verticals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM systems and provide reliable revenue forecasts.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, including independently sourcing, running, and closing new business.
• Track record of building a pipeline from scratch and meeting or exceeding revenue quota with minimal oversight.
• Consultative selling and negotiation skills, with comfort adapting approach per prospect.
• Strong English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Experience owning forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene in a CRM.
