Overview

Associate Professional - Sales to manage and grow customer accounts in the IT Distribution ecosystem, driving revenue and long-term relationships.

What you'll do

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts.
• Drive sales outcomes by meeting sales, revenue, and gross margin targets.
• Identify cross-selling, upselling, and new business opportunities and run the sales cycle to order closure.
• Conduct customer meetings and business reviews, recommend technology solutions, and coordinate resolution of customer concerns.
• Promote and position IT products, solutions, and services through presentations and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with channel partners, OEMs, and technology vendors to leverage vendor programs and drive growth.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline, track opportunities in CRM, and prepare forecasts and business reports.

What you'll need

• Experience in account management and B2B sales.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Consultative and solution-selling approach.
• Customer-focused mindset and commercial acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and sales reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
