Renewals Specialist

Overview

Renewals Specialist managing a regional portfolio to ensure on-time renewals and retention, while driving contract expansions through cross-sell and up-sell.

What you'll do

• Manage the customer contract renewal process and negotiate/close renewals with key clients and senior executives.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships to maximize retention and revenue opportunities.
• Drive contract expansion by creating upsell opportunities at renewal time.
• Coordinate with customer-facing teams to develop and implement strategic retention plans.
• Use data-driven customer health measures and proactively communicate with at-risk customers to improve retention.
• Manage account and contact information across the customer lifecycle using Salesforce.com.
• Collaborate with sales and CSM functions on renewals and expansion opportunities.

What you'll need

• 1-3 years of Renewals or Account Management experience in a SaaS organization.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for guidance via email, phone, or in-person.
• Ability to cross-collaborate effectively.
• Knowledge of SFDC or similar CRM tools.
• Competence in leveraging data-driven customer health measures.
• Experience managing account and contact information using Salesforce.com.
