Proposal Writing Coordinator focused on pursuit strategy, drafting and coordinating business proposals, presentations, and related research work.

What you'll do

• Create proposal drafts based on daily-submitted workflows.
• Edit proposal drafts and communicate with U.S. teams for additional content and questions.
• Collaborate with U.S. and Mumbai consultants to support proposals and large business pursuits.
• Create business presentations using existing templates and a content library.
• Generate weekly reports and maintain data in a CRM system.
• Conduct research projects for prospective/current clients and support third-party research program work.
• Track requests and coordinate submittals; monitor data collection and progress.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; marketing/business/related field preferred.
• 1-3 years working experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong interest in writing and marketing.
