Client Implementation Analyst, AYST

Overview

Client Implementation Analyst (Documentation) supporting implementation and documentation delivery as a project support resource under the Client Implementation Manager.

What you'll do

• Generate and manage documentation for activities like sub-account opening, signatory updates (including KYC), electronic banking setup, and account closure.
• Perform testing, documentation, and maintenance-related documentation requirements.
• Handle signature verification and digitized document archival.
• Liaise with onshore implementation and service teams and coordinate with internal parties for related setups.
• Deliver document packages to onshore requestors and distribute documents to other branches/departments if needed.
• Escalate issues to L2 support teams and manage cases in an internal case management tool.
• Create/maintain procedures/workflows for product documentation and provide bank letters using templates.

What you'll need

• German proficiency for speaking and writing at B1 level.
• German speaking and writing to communicate with clients in German.
• English speaking and writing to communicate with clients.
• 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Fluency in German (with 1–3 years of experience stated).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in German/English.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity while applying critical judgment for responsible and ethical use.
