Project coordinator - Project Planning

Overview

The Project Coordinator supports planning, coordination, and execution of construction and client-facing projects, focusing on documentation, reporting, and adherence to quality, schedule, and budget expectations.

What you'll do

• Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting for timely delivery and alignment with budgets and objectives.
• Manage and maintain project documentation, contracts, and administrative records with required compliance.
• Track and report project progress, preparing updates, risk assessments, and variance analyses.
• Use project management software and tools to streamline communications, documentation, and reporting.
• Contribute to team meetings and coordinate communication across stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders and maintain organized project files.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience in project coordination or a similar role.
• Experience working directly with clients, preferably in a client-facing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across multiple geographies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

• Shift timings: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM (EMEA/UK shift) and scheduled weekly hours: 40.
