Business Development Representative

Overview

Business Development Representative responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, generating business opportunities, and supporting the sales team in meeting revenue targets.

What you'll do

• Research and qualify potential clients through cold calling, email, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct outbound outreach to educate prospects about Employer of Record services.
• Identify prospect needs and schedule sales meetings or demos.
• Maintain accurate prospecting and interaction records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on lead generation and pipeline development.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings, and revenue.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of sales or lead generation experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Details

• Remote-first position in the United States.
• Annual gross base salary: $45,600–$57,000.
• Commission structure available for sales roles.
