Overview

Business Intelligence Analyst II role analyzing business intelligence data to inform business and product decisions, supporting Teleperformance's customer experience operations.

What you'll do

• Analyze business intelligence data to inform business and product decisions.
• Blend historical data from industry reports, public information, field reports or purchased sources as input to analyses.
• Identify and analyze industry and geographic trends and competitor market strategies, and monitor current and potential customer trends.
• Partner with other areas of the business (e.g., Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service) to model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies.
• Execute specialized projects and activities, generating and initiating own workload.
• Significantly improve day-to-day activities and processes.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of short-term activities within the team.
• Typically manage a team of Individual Contributor co-workers and supervise the work of less experienced professionals.
