Overview

Business Interlock Senior Analyst focused on analytics and training within Talent Development, building analytical maturity through Power BI and instruction across the training lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Build analytical maturity by enabling analysts to turn data into decision-ready insights using Power BI visualization and data modeling.
• Own the full training lifecycle and drive adoption of AI-enabled, self-service ways of working.
• Develop and maintain role-based training content on analytics, Power BI, storytelling, and AI-enabled tools.
• Lead new-hire onboarding and deliver both instructor-led and hands-on/self-paced training.
• Assess learning readiness, certify outcomes, and provide ongoing coaching to improve analytics and reporting quality.
• Identify capability gaps, measure training impact, and align initiatives with business and analytics goals.
• Manage training standards and content libraries and support governance for AI-enabled analytics tools with controls.

What you'll need

• Any Graduation.
• 5 to 8 years of experience.
• Training Needs Analysis (TNA) as the primary skill (P5).
• Instructor-Led Training (ILT) as a secondary skill (P5).
• 4-6 years in Sales Operations Reporting & Analytics, with a minimum of 3 years in Sales Analytics Training.
• Strong Excel & PowerPoint proficiency and MS Office mandatory.
• Agentic AI certification or an equivalent professional certificate.
