Workday Business Analyst

Overview

Workday Business Analyst role focused on improving the organization’s Workday reporting and analytics, working with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Develop Power BI dashboards using Workday and other data sources.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to support strategic decisions.
• Produce management information and reporting for HR, Finance, and senior leadership.
• Identify process improvements across business processes, data quality, and system adoption.
• Support Workday configuration changes, testing, and release activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements with IT, HR, and third-party vendors.

What you'll need

• Strong experience using Workday HCM.
• Advanced Workday reporting experience (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Dashboards).
• Strong Power BI development and data visualization skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, formulas, and data analysis).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High attention to detail focused on data accuracy.
