Overview
Support ERM's global HR transformation by ensuring the effective utilization, governance, and continuous improvement of Workday and related HR processes. Partner with HR teams, HRIS specialists, and stakeholders across multiple regions to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, process efficiency, and user adoption.
What you'll do
- Drive adoption and effective utilization of Workday across global HR teams by providing expert guidance, training, and support.
- Improve data accuracy and integrity through regular audits, proactive issue resolution, and process improvements.
- Enable data-driven decision-making by creating and enhancing Workday reports, dashboards, and self-service capabilities.
- Support successful implementation and testing of system enhancements, ensuring business requirements are met and changes are effectively adopted.
- Contribute to standardizing and streamlining global HR processes, improving operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Support organizational changes, acquisitions, and workforce transformations through effective Workday administration and data management.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM, Recruitment, Benefits, Talent, and Performance modules.
- Lead and coordinate testing activities for Workday enhancements, configuration changes, and new functionality releases.
- Monitor and maintain HR data accuracy through audits, governance controls, and issue resolution.
- Create and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, and self-service tools to improve HR and business insights.
- Partner with global HR teams and HRIS teams to gather requirements, refine requests, and implement effective system solutions.
- Manage organizational changes, restructures, and employee data updates, including mass uploads through EIB.
- Support the integration of acquired employees into ERM's HR processes and Workday environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, system configurations, user experience, and operational efficiency across the organization.
What you'll need
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including business processes, reporting, dashboards, security, talent, performance, recruitment, absence, and benefits modules.
- Experience managing Workday testing activities, system enhancements, and change requests in partnership with HRIS and business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to create, maintain, and analyze Workday reports and dashboards to support business and HR requirements.
- Experience working with global stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, data governance, process optimization, and system adoption challenges.
- Experience managing data audits, data quality initiatives, and HR system compliance requirements.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Prior experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, or HR transformation programmes.
- Exposure to global shared services or Global Capability Centre (GCC) environments.
- Experience with Workday EIBs, mass data uploads, integrations, and organizational restructuring activities.
- Familiarity with automation, digital transformation, and AI-enabled HR solutions.
- Workday certifications or other relevant HRIS-related qualifications.
Details
- Location: New Delhi, India.
- The Global Delivery Centre is in Gurugram.
- Work in shifts where required, depending on the role; as processes mature and automation increases, reliance on shifts will reduce.
- Work with global stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.
