Workday Engineer, AS

Overview

Workday Engineer responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing Workday HCM solutions within a cross-functional IT delivery team.

What you'll do

• Lead Workday feature implementations and enhancements.
• Configure and support Core HCM, Performance, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.
• Design and maintain Workday business processes, condition rules, validations, and notifications.
• Maintain Workday security roles, domains, and business-process security policies.
• Maintain inbound and outbound EIB integrations.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Run production deployments and releases through established processes.

What you'll need

• 6–10 years of overall experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Performance, Talent, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.
• Strong knowledge of Workday architecture, security, and business-process frameworks.
• Fundamental knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrate.
• Experience with advanced, matrix, composite reporting, and BIRT.
• Workday Studio and RAAS-based integration fundamentals.
• Workday certifications in Extend, Compensation, Reporting, or HCM.
• Experience with cloud-native development and enterprise-scale Workday environments.
