Workday Engineer, AS

Overview

Workday Engineer responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing Workday HCM solutions, with a focus on integrations, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and support Workday Payroll integrations.
• Lead integration architecture discussions with internal and external systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance.
• Ensure secure and compliant data exchanges.
• Configure Absence Rules.
• Manage support activities and implement systems for new countries.
• Use AI tools to improve productivity and solve business problems responsibly.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of Workday HCM configurator experience.
• At least 5 years of overall IT industry experience.
• Strong understanding of Core HR.
• Strong understanding of Payroll Integrations.
• Strong understanding of Absence.
• Ability to apply critical judgment when using AI and data outputs.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Time Tracking.
