Workday Specialist III

Overview

Workday Specialist (HCM) to support maintaining and evolving a Workday HCM platform within a full tenant implementation.

What you'll do

• Design, configure, and test simple integrations between Workday and external systems using EIB and other Workday tools.
• Configure Workday HCM business processes.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure business needs are met.
• Provide internal customer support using customer support principles and best practices.
• Review Workday business processes to increase automation and reduce manual work.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM.
• Hands-on knowledge of Core HCM, Benefits, Absence & Time Tracking, and Payroll.
• Experience identifying, designing, testing, and deploying HR/HRIS system solutions.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic, flexible environment.
• Experience with ticketing systems and enterprise collaboration tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation.
