Business Management – Associate

Overview

Business Management – Associate for the onshore FIC Financing Business Management & Control team, supporting Europe Financing business activities and daily business management.

What you'll do

• Provide analytical support to COO and the Business Management community to plan and implement business strategy.
• Prepare senior management MI covering revenue, cost, and headcount.
• Support expense analysis and cost reduction initiatives.
• Build deal pipeline views and perform TCD and CRD IV calculations/forecasts by desk.
• Present business performance updates to senior management for decision-making.
• Support Business Management initiatives including business analysis and process improvement.
• Drive NPA/NTA processes, coordinate signoffs, manage post-implementation processes, and investigate NPA breaches.
• Assist control projects for monitoring Cancels, Corrects & Amends (CCA) cases and ensure timely PnL signoffs.

What you'll need

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Word.
• Strong organization and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
• Experience with financial market/investment banking products (preferred).
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities with clear communication skills.
