Overview

Business operations role handling international inbound and outbound voice calls to gather and provide necessary information and documents, with sensitive information processed on each call.

What you'll do

• Handle international calls, both inbound and outbound.
• Gather and provide necessary information and documents.
• Process transactions within the shift.
• Take ownership of the work and work independently with minimum supervision.

What you'll need

• Graduate or undergraduate degree.
• 1 year of minimum international voice experience, preferably with the last organization.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Focus and attention to detail.
• Patience to spend time on long calls.

Nice to have

• Good at multi-tasking.
• Good logical ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
