Business Process Architect

Overview

As a Business Process Architect, you will design business processes, including their characteristics and key performance indicators, to meet process and functional requirements. You will work with application architects and stakeholders to create process blueprints, define application requirements and metrics, and support quality management.

What you'll do

• Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements.
• Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics.
• Assist in quality management reviews and ensure all business and design requirements are met.
• Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding of business processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and design requirements.
• Conduct quality management reviews and audits.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies.
