Business Process Designer

Overview

As a Business Process Designer, you will analyze, develop and improve workflows, identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to optimize effectiveness. You will collaborate with business users and multiple teams to define requirements, support process design and enable continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process optimization.
• Develop and improve workflows and strategies to enhance process effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help refine processes over time.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform as an SME.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to document and communicate process improvements to stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and align teams on process design.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 year(s) of experience.
• 15 years full time education.
• Must-have proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling and workflow design.
• Experience with requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Familiarity with tools and techniques for continuous process monitoring and feedback collection.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Details

• Based at the CODC1A - SEZ location in Hyderabad.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical is required.
