Business Process Management & Procedures - Assistant Vice President

Overview

AVP for Business Process Management (BPM) and procedure governance, leading enterprise-scale process mapping, SOP centralization, and recertification across Global Delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead process mapping, remediation, and recertification programs using ARIS for assigned business areas.
• Set and improve governance standards for documentation quality, recertification cycles, version control, and change management.
• Oversee alignment of process maps, SOPs, supporting procedures, risks, and controls to be accurate and audit-ready.
• Oversee SOP and supporting procedure reviews in the central procedure inventory against enterprise and regulatory standards.
• Manage delivery against annual and multi-year BPM roadmaps, balancing BAU and transformation initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a BPM and procedure review team to drive execution discipline and quality mindset.
• Facilitate senior stakeholder workshops and sponsor innovation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in BPM, process mapping, SOP governance, or operational risk.
• Hands-on experience with ARIS and BPMN.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments.
