Overview

Business Transformation Associate Manager role at Accenture focused on process transformation, automation and operational excellence, leading a team and developing transformation strategy for clients.

What you'll do

• Develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, and plan journey management.
• Translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage and transform a business to enable profitable and sustainable growth.
• Drive the Process Transformation roadmap and define and implement strategic initiatives for the deployment of Business Excellence practices and Agile Automation.
• Drive the BE value proposition and secure BE involvement in the most complex onshore delivery deals.
• Lead, guide and develop the team to provide services to a cluster of clients as a strategic thinker.
• Own and deliver the Geo Automation in concert with respective delivery teams.
• Maintain team flexibility and skills to support recovery work as needed, and maintain team recoverability.
• Provide clients with guidance on business process optimizations to improve operational business capabilities.
• Help with strategy consultancy to clients across corporate strategy, business transformation, and digital and innovation capabilities.
• Assess the company's financial status and analyse investment plans.
• Source and evaluate capital expansion options, including loans and funding.
• Advise on selling and buying stocks and bonds; forecast revenues and costs and report discrepancies; analyse market trends and identify risks and opportunities.
• Monitor financial procedures and ensure compliance with the law.
• Provide solutions and set goals to increase profitability; review day-to-day transactions to identify areas of improvement.

What you'll need

• BE, BTech or Master of Business Administration.
• 10 to 14 years of years of experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Process Transformation, Process Automation, Operational Excellence, Quality.
• 8+ years of overall experience in consulting.
• 3-4 years of BPS exposure or experience in any of the domains (F&A, THR, procurement, financial services, etc.).
• Well-developed core consulting skills of research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset.
• Deep understanding of various tools and technology related to RPA, AI, and Platforms.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in the Financial Services field, including operations and associated industry risk.
