C++ Software Engineer

Overview

C++ Software Engineer role with IMC’s Mumbai-based C++ Execution development teams, building reliable, high-performance software in latency-critical systems.

What you'll do

• Work in multidisciplinary teams with engineers, traders, researchers, and quants.
• Own end-to-end product development from requirements gathering to production.
• Write reliable, high-performance software balancing time to production, quality, and testability.
• Use advanced automated testing and daily deployments for agile, incremental progress.
• Consider trade-offs across latency, throughput, simplicity, scalability, and maintainability.

What you'll need

• Have a strong academic background in Computer Science (B. Tech/B.E).
• Have 4-8 years of work experience in C++.
• Be a natural problem-solver who enjoys tackling fresh challenges.
• Be able to build strong relationships and work as a team player.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
