[C]-Specialist - F&A - AP - Level 4

Overview

Contractor role in Genpact's F&A Accounts Payable operations, leading an AP team, handling escalations and driving SLA and KPI performance.

What you'll do

• Perform AP activities.
• Handle escalations, resolution and decision-making.
• Report on and maintain SLA and KPI adherence.
• Identify training needs and deliver trainings with support from the global training team.
• Manage the team, tracking timeliness and accuracy of completed work and prioritizing team tasks.
• Communicate and address delivery issues to the Operation Manager.
• Communicate daily with the client and participate in established calls and meetings with the retained organization.
• Ensure the team's adherence to procedures and policy guidelines.
• Execute transformation initiatives.
• Lead the team and drive projects on schedule.

What you'll need

• English language proficiency at Advanced level (C1) (required).
• Required skills: KPI reporting, SLA management, team management.
