CA Intern (Industrial Trainee)

Overview

An industrial trainee internship in finance at RTX's New Delhi office, supporting controllership, SAP, automation and audit processes for the finance team.

What you'll do

• Support in controllership processes, SAP, automation and audits (internal and external).
• Identify and lead automation and process improvement opportunities within the finance function.
• Support team members in invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Contribute to statutory audit and internal audit by providing necessary documentation and supporting audit requests.
• Support the Finance Manager in preparing management and financial reports.
• Handle various ad-hoc financial analysis and project requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Perform day-to-day month-end closing tasks.
• Assist the team in writing process notes, identifying potential improvements, and enhancing existing processes to drive efficiency.

What you'll need

• Currently eligible for Industrial Training under ICAI (Chartered Accountancy).
• Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in writing process notes and improving processes.
• Knowledge of SAP.

• Location: New Delhi, India (Asset Area No 8, WORLDMARK 2, Unit No 505 & 506, 5th Floor).
• Onsite role: works primarily onsite, 5 days from office.
