Campus Consulting Internship 2027

Overview

A 6-month campus consulting internship at Spaulding Ridge, an advisory and IT implementation firm, offering hands-on experience on client engagements and partner technology platforms.

What you'll do

• Receive technical training on one or more partner technology platforms (OneStream, Docusign/CLM, Data)
• Attend daily client meetings
• Receive professional training and development on project/engagement delivery, client communication, and project collaboration
• Network with Spaulding Ridge leadership
• Execute core consulting skills
• Build mock Proof of Concepts within cloud-based technology solutions for potential clients
• Identify issues and structural problems and generate actionable recommendations using Anaplan implementation methodologies

What you'll need

• Current junior graduating with a bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech) or MCA with an expected graduation date of May/June 2027
• Minimum 70% in Class X and XII
• CGPA of 7.5 or above and no active backlogs
• Exposure to one or more technologies such as Python, SQL, JavaScript, Java, C++, HTML/CSS, .NET Development (VB.NET or C#), or related technologies
• Good knowledge of SQL, including queries, joins, functions, and stored procedures
• Solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts including inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation, and abstraction
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database management concepts
• Proven initiative through academic projects, internships, hackathons, leadership roles, research work, or extracurricular activities
• Ability to work in teams and be flexible to work under tight deadlines
• Strong data management and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining relationships internally and externally
• Intellectual curiosity
• Excellent verbal/writing skills for complex communications with clients and teammates
• Proven leadership or initiative at school, work and/or community
