Candidate Experience Specialist, Contractor

Overview

Support the end-to-end candidate experience from initial contact through offer and handoff to People Operations. Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to coordinate high-volume hiring processes in a remote environment.

What you'll do

• Execute hiring plans with recruiters, hiring teams, and recruiting leadership.
• Maintain hiring process information in the applicant tracking system and repositories.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate recruiting logistics.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor candidate pipelines and flag bottlenecks.
• Create and stage employment contracts for offers.
• Coordinate handoffs with People Operations.

What you'll need

• Experience supporting end-to-end hiring processes with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Applicant tracking system experience for scheduling and candidate tracking.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and scheduling tools.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while collaborating across time zones and functions.
• Comfort working asynchronously in a remote environment with flexible hours.

Nice to have

• Greenhouse experience.
• Transferable experience from related coordination or operations roles.
