Cash and Trade Proc Analyst

Overview

Cash and Trade Proc Analyst role within WorldLink Payment Services, part of Citi's Payments Strategy for Treasury and Trade Solutions. The role supports core operations and governance of the vendor team operating from two locations in India.

What you'll do

• Ensure all tasks are completed through daily checklist monitoring.
• Manage escalations as Level 1.
• Review COB procedures and testing.
• Review procedural documentation.
• Manage workload requirements and resources.
• Review KPIs.
• Review Statement of Work.
• Gather requirements for release or new offering of a product or solution.
• Work with Dublin management team to develop a consistent model and approach for WorldLink.
• Produce MIS reporting.
• Work with management team on all audit preparation tasks and ensure adherence to best practice at all times.
• Participate in department projects as required and support the manager and Department Manager in achieving overall department goals.
• Manage relationships and perceptions with internal business partners at regional and global levels.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's/university degree or equivalent experience.
• Fundamental comprehension of financial industry regulations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective analytical skills.
