CDM Programmer II

Overview

CDM Programmer II role supporting clinical data management programming work, including database and edit check development, data validation, and study support.

What you'll do

• Perform tasks within team timelines per departmental procedures and project contract.
• Design, build, and test project databases and edit checks.
• Define and import data into the system.
• Create and test listings for data review and perform programming activities per requirements.
• Act as lead on studies of simple to moderately complex complexity with close supervision.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiencies.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant academic/vocational qualification.
• 2+ years comparable previous experience (as stated: “2+ years’”).
• Basic experience in one or more programming languages or relational database systems (RDBMS) and structure.
• Working knowledge of SAS, SQL, Crystal Reports, and JReview.
• Skill in identifying and resolving technical problems.
• Ability to attain, maintain, and apply a working knowledge of GCPs and applicable SOPs.

• Work schedule: Second Shift (Afternoons).
• Work environment: Office job with exposure to electrical office equipment.
• Travel: Occasional drives to site locations with occasional domestic and international travel.
