Overview

Lead and own an AI-native finance business, identifying how AI can improve consumer money management across spending, saving, investing and other everyday financial needs.

What you'll do

• Define the AI Finance product strategy, roadmap and business model.
• Identify financial workflows where AI can improve user experience, cost or speed.
• Build financial products from concept through launch and scale.
• Own P&L, customer growth, revenue, unit economics and operating performance.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and AI teams on capabilities and user experience.
• Build teams across product, technology, operations and commercial functions.
• Expand into new financial products and markets.

What you'll need

• Experience building consumer fintech, financial services or technology products.
• Direct ownership of a meaningful product, business or P&L.
• Strong understanding of consumer finance, business models and unit economics.
• Strong product judgement and understanding of AI-enabled financial workflows.
• Experience building products and teams in high-growth technology environments.
• Hands-on operating style across product, AI capabilities, economics and customer problems.
