Change Management: Learning Experience Designer for S4 HANA (Remote)

Overview

Design and govern user-centered learning experiences for the enterprise rollout of SAP S/4HANA and related systems. The role develops learning journeys and coordinates content quality, stakeholder alignment, and adoption readiness.

What you'll do

• Design end-to-end learning journeys combining virtual sessions, self-paced learning, and hands-on practice.
• Provide design oversight for eLearning, simulations, WalkMe practice, and knowledge checks.
• Apply adult learning principles and role-based learning design practices.
• Review and refine learning materials for accuracy, usability, and alignment.
• Coordinate with content developers, delivery teams, WalkMe developers, and subject matter experts.
• Maintain governance, version control, accessibility, branding, and compliance standards.
• Track milestones and report status, risks, and dependencies.

What you'll need

• University degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and 7 years of experience.
• 14 years of relevant experience if you do not have a degree.
• Prior instructional design or learning experience design experience.
• Experience providing design leadership or governance across multiple workstreams.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience leading learning design for large-scale ERP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience designing self-paced, virtual instructor-led, and hands-on learning experiences.
• Experience with digital adoption platforms such as WalkMe or SAP Enable Now.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
• Experience working with matrixed or distributed content teams.

Details

• Remote role based in one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.
• Travel of up to 25% or more may be required.
• Salary range: USD 132,400–251,600.
