Enterprise Account Executive | Fintech

Overview

Drive enterprise sales for fintech and financial-services customers across North America’s private sector. The role combines new business development, account growth, market specialization, and complex sales-cycle management.

What you'll do

• Exceed quota through prospecting, pipeline development, and account expansion.
• Build trusted customer relationships and generate network referrals.
• Create and execute go-to-market plans and quarterly forecasts.
• Develop a diverse pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting.
• Create product positioning and messaging based on market and competitive trends.
• Advise prospects on technical concepts, roadmaps, implementations, training, and proposals.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Experience selling to financial-services organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and buying processes.
• Track record in new business development and market creation.
• Experience over-achieving quota in consultative sales.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to CXO-level audiences.
• Ability to travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with risk and compliance, data analytics, financial crimes, or data-security solutions.
• Curiosity about blockchain technology and willingness to learn.

Details

• Remote in the USA.
• Base salary: $150,000–$170,000 yearly.
• Commission structure: 50/50 OTE.
• Equity is offered.
