eLearning Developer

Overview

Develop engaging, interactive, and multimedia-rich eLearning solutions, collaborating with subject matter experts to meet learner needs and business objectives.

What you'll do

• Partner with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and content requirements.
• Develop interactive eLearning courses aligned with organizational goals.
• Design instructional materials using animations, graphics, audio, and video.
• Create training content with authoring, graphic design, and video editing tools.
• Maintain and continuously improve training materials and processes.
• Explore and implement new eLearning technologies and methodologies.
• Plan and execute self-paced course creation and updates.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of professional eLearning development or related experience.
• Experience creating professional eLearning content using rapid development tools.
• Proficiency with video editing for educational purposes.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts through visual design and written content.

Nice to have

• Visual design experience, including graphic design or UI/UX principles.
• Learning Management Systems administration or content integration experience.
• Simulation development expertise.
• Experience producing AI-generated voiceovers.
• Technical training experience for software solutions.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools.
