Site Engineer

Overview

Site Engineer role with remote option for the United States, focused on frontend and full-stack growth work like landing pages, A/B tests, and conversion funnel optimization.

What you'll do

• Lead complex frontend projects for brand and product marketing.
• Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to run A/B tests for lead generation.
• Design and implement scalable web services and APIs with a focus on UX and performance.
• Contribute to the design system and uphold UX standards.
• Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale codebase and productivity.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs; provide fast, high-quality resolutions; optimize conversion, speed, and reliability.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Next.js.
• Comfortable designing or consuming APIs and working with various services (full stack experience).
• Deep understanding of SEO principles, including performance, accessibility, and search optimization.
• Knowledge of A/B testing concepts and conversion rate optimization.
• Strong cross-functional communication with marketing, design, and product.
