Channel Sales Executive (Wisconsin)

Overview

Drive market-share growth and net-new account development as a Channel Sales Executive across SE Wisconsin, including Milwaukee and Madison. Own territory prospecting, solution selling, channel collaboration, and the full sales cycle in a quota-carrying field role.

What you'll do

• Acquire new logos and develop business with commercial end-users.
• Prospect daily through in-person outreach, digital tools, and industry events.
• Lead field events, product roadshows, and community engagement activities.
• Present Avigilon physical security and video solutions to customers and partners.
• Deliver product demonstrations and executive-level presentations.
• Manage opportunities from discovery through closure.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts in Salesforce.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of sales or new-logo business development experience with a bachelor's degree, or 6+ years without one.
• Experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a variable compensation environment.
• Technical solution sales and product demonstration skills.
• Salesforce CRM skills for pipeline management and forecasting.
• Microsoft Apps, especially Excel, or Google Workspace proficiency.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% weekly within the assigned territory.
• Residence within the assigned territory boundaries.

Nice to have

• Physical security solution sales, SaaS software, or IT enterprise sales experience.
• Experience with formal day-to-day revenue forecasting methodologies.

• Remote work in Wisconsin; the role covers SE Wisconsin, including Milwaukee and Madison.
• Field-based position with over 50% travel.
• Target base salary: $75,000–$80,000 per year.
