Overview
Chocolate FP&A Manager responsible for financial integrity and performance for a defined scope (e.g., country/category/supply chain/FP&A). Drives planning, reporting, controls/compliance, and decision support, partnering with senior leaders and possibly managing direct reports or third-party providers.
What you'll do
- Manage and execute finance planning and performance management processes and financial decisions.
- Collect and verify data integrity for financial reporting and business proposals.
- Prepare/own financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope.
- Verify assumptions, check daily execution, and support delivery of overall objectives.
- Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment and full compliance with policies.
- Lead projects to improve efficiencies and ways of working through continuous improvement.
What you'll need
- Experience in financial planning and performance management, including data collection/structuring and reporting across financial KPIs.
- Knowledge of investment decisions and cost management to achieve financial targets.
- Business acumen and understanding of consumer packaged goods and local snacking market dynamics.
- Leadership skills including business partnering and communication across a large regional or local public company.
- Experience leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Integrity and sound judgement aligned with values, policies, and external regulations.
