Claims Management New Associate

Overview

Entry-level Claims Management Associate role in Property & Casualty claims processing, supporting payment processing and claims lifecycle operations.

What you'll do

• Strengthen team capacity within Bordereaux and Invoice Processing operations to ensure consistent turnaround times, maintain quality standards, and mitigate operational risk.
• Collect and process claim data end to end.
• Develop and deliver business solutions that support the claims process across its lifecycle, including first notice of loss, claims investigation, payment administration or adjudication, provider reimbursement (health care), subrogation and recovery.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Insurance Claims.
• Excel.
• Payment knowledge.
• Communication skills.

• You will be given detailed instructions on all tasks and work as an individual contributor within a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
• Your primary interaction is within your own team and with your direct supervisor.
• Decisions you make are closely supervised.
• This role may require working in rotational shifts.
