Claims Management New Associate

Overview

Entry-level Claims Management Associate role in Insurance Claims Processing, supporting payment processing and claim data handling within a team.

What you'll do

• Strengthen team capacity within Bordereaux and Invoice Processing operations to ensure consistent turnaround times, maintain quality standards, and mitigate operational risk.
• Collect and process end-to-end claim data.
• Develop and deliver business solutions that support the claims process across its lifecycle, including first notice of loss, claims investigation, payment administration or adjudication, provider reimbursement (health care), subrogation and recovery.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Insurance Claims (P1).
• Excel.
• Payment knowledge.
• Communication skills.
