Client Growth & Success, Operations Associate

Overview

Support the operational management of a strategic health plan partnership and its downstream employer portfolio. Own data accuracy, recurring reporting, renewal tracking, lifecycle operations, and cross-functional follow-through.

What you'll do

• Manage operational processes, calendars, trackers, and documentation for health plan partnerships.
• Maintain employer and program data across Salesforce and internal tracking tools.
• Coordinate recurring, ad hoc, and compliance-related reporting with Analytics and Reporting teams.
• Manage employer renewals, program selections, effective dates, additions, changes, and terminations.
• Track cross-functional actions, deadlines, risks, and outstanding decisions through completion.
• Document workflows and identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate processes.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of experience in client success operations, program coordination, project management, healthcare operations, account management, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, digital health, health plans, or employee benefits.
• Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, or Zendesk.

Details

• Remote role based in the United States.
• Compensation: $95,000–$105,000 annually.
