Client Service Project Analyst

Overview

Support client project delivery by coordinating workflows, processing client data, tracking progress, and managing requests with Project Managers and cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Coordinate day-to-day client and internal project requests.
• Track and report project progress across operational teams.
• Maintain Statements of Work, playbooks, status reports, and workflow updates.
• Process client data using Relativity Processing.
• Provide troubleshooting support for Relativity Processing and workspaces.
• Manage project queues and priorities for timely delivery.
• Assist with hosted or delivered client data issues.

What you'll need

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Law, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Legal Studies.
• Have working knowledge of Relativity Processing and Relativity platform functionalities.
• Have experience with databases, review platforms, and business applications.
• Demonstrate strong organization and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Support extended hours, periodic on-call shifts, and occasional weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in client services, project coordination, eDiscovery, legal technology, or data processing environments.
