Client Success Coordinator

Overview

Support an assigned portfolio of approximately 75–100 clients as their day-to-day operational contact. Help improve client satisfaction, service adoption, retention, and account growth while developing within the Client Success career path.

What you'll do

• Manage client requests and provide timely follow-up.
• Understand client objectives, service usage, and success measures.
• Respond to questions and document activities in CRM systems.
• Maintain client records and account information in Salesforce and internal platforms.
• Monitor client health, usage, and stakeholder sentiment to identify retention risks.
• Escalate risks with documentation and recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and support service delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Service Cloud, or another CRM.
• Experience in customer support, customer success, operations, HR administration, or payroll administration.
• Experience supporting global or multinational clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
