Overview

Clinical Sales Specialist for Novocastra at Leica Biosystems (Danaher). Own territory sales targets and drive market growth with technical application support and customer engagement.

What you'll do

• Own and achieve assigned Novocastra sales targets and territory business objectives.
• Develop and execute territory growth plans and convert sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust sales funnel and ensure accurate CRM opportunity tracking.
• Provide technical expertise, application support, troubleshooting, and customer training for Novocastra antibodies and Leica Biosystems consumables.
• Lead Proof of Principle activities including product evaluations, sampling, demonstrations, and customer validations.
• Collaborate on workshops, scientific meetings, seminars, exhibitions, demonstrations, and customer-education programs.

What you'll need

• Minimum three years of relevant experience in histopathology, immunohistochemistry, pathology applications, clinical diagnostics, diagnostic sales, or related field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pathology, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated knowledge of pathology workflows, antibody-based assays, immunohistochemistry, and related diagnostic applications.
• Experience providing customer-facing technical or application support (troubleshooting, demos, training, or scientific consultation).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
• Professional proficiency in English and relevant local language(s).

• Travel requirement: 60–80% within the assigned region and other geographies as required.
