Clinical Sales Specialist– Novocastra, Bengaluru

Overview

Clinical Sales Specialist for Novocastra (Leica Biosystems) responsible for driving commercial growth and expanding market presence in an assigned territory.

What you'll do

• Own and achieve assigned Novocastra sales targets and business objectives using territory growth plans.
• Build and maintain a robust sales funnel and track opportunities in CRM.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market-intelligence activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide technical expertise, application support, troubleshooting, and product optimization.
• Lead Proof of Principle activities including evaluations, sampling, demonstrations, and customer validations.
• Submit monthly activity and business-outcome reports.

What you'll need

• Minimum three years of relevant experience in histopathology, immunohistochemistry, clinical diagnostics, diagnostic sales, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pathology, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of pathology workflows and antibody-based assays, including immunohistochemistry.
• Customer-facing technical/application support experience such as troubleshooting, demonstrations, training, or consultation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Professional proficiency in English and relevant local language(s).

• Reports to: Strategic Growth Manager, India.
• Work mode: Fully remote.
• Travel: 60–80% within the assigned region and other geographies as needed.
