Overview

Cloud Infrastructure Consultant serving as a subject matter expert on Red Hat infrastructure and cloud technologies, delivering containerized platform solutions and advising customers on their environments.

What you'll do

• Implement automated, containerized cloud application platforms.
• Address infrastructure concerns including networking, storage, virtualization, security, logging, monitoring, and high availability.
• Lead customer-facing technical, developmental, and strategic interactions.
• Define system architectures and software specifications for complex open source solutions.
• Manage testing, deployment, incidents, escalations, and exceptions.
• Deliver project results and maintain project journals, status reports, and documentation.

What you'll need

• Prior experience in a consulting role.
• Customer-facing skills and the ability to lead customer interactions.
• Excellent knowledge of infrastructure technologies at delivery level.
• Experience implementing enterprise container technologies.
• Knowledge of OpenShift, RHEL, or Ansible Automation Platform.
• Experience onboarding applications onto cloud or container platforms with DevOps, continuous delivery, and application lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning, German, and English skills.

Nice to have

• Red Hat Certifications.
