Overview

Cloud Migration Engineer to assess current systems and plan, deliver, and implement application and data migrations to private/public cloud environments.

What you'll do

• Evaluate existing solutions and infrastructure for cloud migration approach
• Plan, deliver, and implement application and data migration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for migration and system integration
• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure post-migration for performance and reliability
• Document migration processes and best practices for knowledge sharing
• Act independently and contribute in team discussions as a subject matter expert

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration
• Knowledge of database backup, recovery, and security best practices
• Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting of database systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and migration tools for database services
• Ability to automate routine tasks using scripting languages or automation frameworks
