Cloud Operations Engineer

Overview

Cloud Operations Engineer (Cloud Infrastructure Operations Engineer / DevOps) supporting reliable operations, automation, and continuous improvement for cloud and enterprise infrastructure for Health Information Systems (HIS).

What you'll do

• Operate and support cloud infrastructure across AWS environments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational workflows using infrastructure-as-code and scripting tools.
• Monitor system health and drive improvements in performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, integrations, and platform issues.
• Participate in a 24x7 operational support model with shift-based work and on-call rotation.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or production operations environments.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and IAM.
• Hands-on experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and platform issues.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent).
