Cloud Platform Architect

Overview

Cloud Platform Architect responsible for designing and overseeing scalable, secure cloud architectures and deployments across AWS environments. The role provides architecture guidance, influences decisions, and supports multiple teams.

What you'll do

• Architect resilient, secure systems for high-traffic, real-time environments.
• Design AWS-native serverless solutions using relevant AWS services.
• Define cloud infrastructure requirements for platform teams.
• Optimize AWS performance and costs using CloudWatch and observability tools.
• Implement IAM, encryption, and compliance best practices.
• Mentor teams on AWS architecture patterns and facilitate technical workshops.
• Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend architecture improvements.

What you'll need

• Minimum 15 years of overall experience.
• At least 6 years of cloud architecture experience.
• Deep expertise in at least three AWS services.
• Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps practices.
• Strong cloud security and compliance knowledge.
• Experience designing scalable and resilient cloud architectures.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amazon Connect.
• Knowledge of AWS architecture.
• Exposure to AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Agentic AI architecture, prompting, or Amazon Q.
• AWS Machine Learning Specialty certification.
