Overview
Principal Cloud Architect responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud foundations for global operations.
What you'll do
- Design and implement robust cloud-based solutions and long-term cloud strategy aligned with global business goals.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure to optimize performance and availability.
- Establish security protocols for cloud resources on GCP and AWS and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Lead cloud cost optimization through monitoring, rightsizing, and identifying underutilized resources.
- Streamline IAM policies and optimize API management workflows and costs using Apigee or alternatives.
- Design and implement high-availability disaster recovery and backup strategies.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to deliver cloud services across a 24x7 commercial network.
What you'll need
- 15+ years of experience in cloud architecture and infrastructure management.
- Deep proficiency designing and maintaining complex cloud environments in AWS or GCP ecosystems.
- Advanced professional certifications in AWS or GCP cloud architecture.
- Hands-on experience with IAM, API management (Apigee), and infrastructure automation tools.
- Proven ability to lead complex technology initiatives and provide technical mentorship.

- Location is Bangalore, India and the role is onsite 3 days a week in office.
