Cloud Platform Engineer

Overview

Design, build, test and deploy cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure, acting as a subject matter expert who leads a team and mentors junior members.

What you'll do

• Design, build, test and deploy cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure.
• Deploy infrastructure and platform environments.
• Create a proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security and performance.
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of new cloud technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
• Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
• Experience in designing scalable and secure cloud architectures.
• Ability to create and validate proof of architecture for performance and security testing.
• Familiarity with integration of cloud and non-cloud systems.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex platform issues.
• 15 years full time education.
