Cloud Platform Engineer

Overview

As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you design, build, test, and deploy cloud application solutions integrating cloud and non-cloud infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Design and construct cloud-based application solutions integrating cloud and traditional infrastructure.
• Test and deploy solutions to meet performance and security standards.
• Implement infrastructure and platform environments, including proofs of architecture.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of new cloud technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
• Ensure best practices in cloud architecture, security, and compliance.
• Mentor junior team members.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience is required.
• Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and performance optimization.
• Ability to design and validate architecture via proof of concept implementations.
• Familiarity with integration of cloud and on-premises systems.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
• Candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
